This sample Proxy Tool is running in Google's Java-based App Engine cloud.
Fill in the values below to connect your Blackboard Learn, Release 9 test or development server to this tool.
Before you begin, make sure that the Context web service is turned on and Proxy Tools are enabled.
Server must be in US EDT time zone and be accessible via public IP/DNS for this demo to work correctly.
After installation you must enable the tool in the SysAdmin panel. Then click the link in the SysAdmin Tools and Utilities area.
